A black male and white male robbed a couple. The white male is caught at the scene of the robbery. Both men are charged with burglary with a firearm.  Before a jury, a trial is held. The white male testified against the black male. The female victim testified that she does not know either robber. Anthony’s bag is found in the trunk of the white male’s vehicle. Anthony is found guilty and sentenced to 30 years in prison.

The information above seems like justice was served. But would your opinion change if you knew:

• The female victim knew and worked with the white male robber.

• To testify against the black male, the white male accepts a plea deal; receiving 18 months in prison.

• The black male’s bag was stolen at the place of employment of both, the white male robber and the female victim.

• The male victim gave sworn testimony that a black male robbed him, but it was NOT ANTHONY WALKER.....
